How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your travel gear sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
Do CALPAK products come with a warranty?
Yes, our luggage and bags are covered by a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years depending on the collection. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I clean and maintain my luggage?
For hardshell luggage, we recommend using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric bags, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is best to preserve the material's integrity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our horizons to more international destinations in the near future.
